These delicious Chicken Feta Spinach Burgers are your new summer go to burgers! Insanely tasty, they are a healthy way to get in more veggies too!

Try these burgers in a DIY Urban Greek Bowl, the same way I make my Lemon Chicken Meatballs! These burgers make a great protein for the bowls. Urban Greek is not a chain and only has one location, so I often make these at home!

What To Serve With These Burgers
One of my favorite things to serve with burgers is fries and coleslaw!
If you'd like a healthy french fry recipe, try these delicata squash french fries! The seasoning blend on them is quite versatile, and it's something a little healthier than regular potato french fries.
Why You'll Love It
These burgers are not dry and chewy, they're moist and a perfect texture!
They're also full of flavor in each bite. You'll taste the various ingredients, and the amount of feta is just right!
Top Tip for These Chicken Spinach Burgers
My favorite tip for this recipe is to use a large spatula while frying and gently push down on the burgers while cooking.
This will give them a larger size and not let them shrink in size.
Storage
For any leftovers, store them inside an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days.
To reheat, you can use the microwave, however based on taste and texture, I recommend reheating them in the oven.
Place the patties in an oven safe dish and heat in the oven on 350F degrees until the desired temperature is reached.
Freezing
Yes, you can freeze these chicken feta spinach burgers! This is a great option to have ready to go protein to grab out and thaw for dinner, or when you only want one at a time!
You can freeze them in one of two ways:
- The first option is to freeze them before cooking. After you mix all the ingredients and shape the mixture into patties, place each patty on a large piece of saran wrap. Wrap them individually and freeze!
- The second option is to cook them, then let them cool completely. After that, wrap each patty individually in saran wrap and freeze.
To thaw, place the patties in the fridge on a plate until thawed and ready to cook. If you froze them raw, pick up right where you left off.
If you froze them cooked, simply reheat and eat!
Recipe FAQ/s
This chicken spinach and feta burger recipe actually stays together all on it's own! The ground chicken is a great adhesive, leaving no need for eggs and flour.
You can spruce up a chicken burger by adding more ingredients that complement each other! The spinach and feta in this recipe pair together so well, and the salt and pepper is just the right amount, that they come out so delicious!
There is an easy method to stop chicken burgers from sticking to the grill.
First, make sure the patty has no extra moisture on it. They shouldn't if you followed the recipe, but just incase you need to, dap the patties with a paper towel to remove any excess moisture.
Next, lightly coat your hands in olive oil then use your hands to oil the burgers. All set to grill!
It all depends on what your health goals are! Beef and chicken have different levels of nutrients so you may find that one is more nutritious for you personally. Neither is more healthy per say.
