These easy Whole30 Chicken Tenders are only 5 ingredients! Can't get much simpler than that.

    Ingredient Sourcing

These easy Whole30 Chicken Tenders only have 5 ingredients! For the salt, you can really use whatever seasoning you'd like. Try Sazon, Paleo Powder seasonings, anything you'd like really!

To keep this Whole30 and Paleo, this recipe calls for cassava flour. It's a grain free and gluten free flour made from yucca. I love that cassava flour is one of the most affordable paleo flours there is! The link I shared in even more affordable because you are ordering in bulk.

    Dipping Sauce

Anytime you eat chicken tenders, a dipping sauce is an absolute must have! I have a few on my blog to choose from. They are TRULY delicious, I didn't post any of them until they were just right! They are all yeast free as well! I've used distilled vinegar in some of these that required vinegar, due to the fact that distilled vinegar has little to no yeast.

This is crazy good with this cilantro lime dressing. The mix of flavors is so intense, a rush of delight to your taste buds. The chicken picks up the flavors of the cilantro, lime, and garlic so perfectly you'll be hard pressed to stop eating!

This dairy free ranch dressing is also a delicious choice! You can't beat a good ranch. This one is also yeast free! It has fresh herbs and veggies making it more nutritious than the average ranch too.

A fabulous dressing to pair with these is sugar free honey mustard (pictured)! This honey mustard is whole30 compatible too, read the post to find out what makes it compatible! Hint- it's not honey! It's so yummy, and nice to have some of your favorite condiments in a real food, healthy way!

Want a fruity and tangy twist? Use this Mango Dressing for something different! If you like mango you'll love this dressing, the flavor gets to stand out and shine! This dressing is also paleo and whole30, as they are all.

Most dressings contain soybean oil, MSG, added sugar, fake sugar, and who knows what else. It's always best when possible to have cleaner options, and with recipe options here and on pinterest, you'll never run out of options!

Are Easy Whole30 Chicken Tenders really Whole30?

You may be wondering if these are considered SWYPO somehow. After all, they are fried and do have flour! However, they ARE compatible with the Whole30 program. Deep fried food is always out. However, if it's pan fried or shallow fried, that is acceptable for Whole30. Since these easy Whole30 chicken tenders are pan fried, they are totally compatible!

The cassava flour is also acceptable because it it just a coating. We aren't making bread, or pancakes, or muffins. Simply just a coating.

A word of caution, however. Some foods (such as tortillas, pancakes, muffins, breads, etc) are specifically ruled out in the Whole30 program and deemed SWYPO (recreated junk food). If chicken tenders or nuggets are a trigger food for you, or you can't seem to stop eating them after you're full, you make need to take some personal responsibility and consider them SWYPO for yourself.
