Let's face it-doing a Whole30 makes a LOT of dishes! Keep things simple by making these easy Whole30 Sheet Pan Meals! They're all gluten free, dairy free, paleo, and soy free. Lots of options here!
Benefits of Sheet Pan Meals
The two best things about sheet pan meals are the ease of preparation and lack of dishes. On a busy weeknight, the last thing anyone wants is to come home and put time and energy into cooking then have a huge pile of dishes! With sheet pan meals, the ingredients can be tossed on the sheet and placed in the oven with very minimal prep! Typically you just chop the ingredients and put some seasoning or dressing on!
Since it's just a sheet pan meal, you may have to also wash a knife and cutting board but that's about it. Personally I hate dishes so this is fabulous!
Without further a do, here are 5 Easy Whole30 sheet pan meals!
Whole30 Fish Sheet Pan Meal

This fish sheet pan meal is a Keto meal, but it does have a Whole30 option. It's delicious and low carb, so great for weight loss! It's the only fish meal on the list as well. A great thing about it too is that you can easily swap out any frozen fish fillets you like. I frequently use whatever is on sale instead of just exactly what the recipe calls for.
Another option with this meal is that you can make the keto version with butter if you are doing the Whole30 reintroduction!
Ricante Ham Sheet Pan Dinner
This ham sheet pan dinner is quite tasty, and one of the easiest on this list! It only has 4 ingredients (salt is a freebie!) so it doesn't get much easier than that!
You'll need a bottle of Mango Coco Ricante Sauce, which is Whole30 approved! In fact, all of Ricante hot sauces and Pura Vida Sauces are Whole30 approved!
Also included in the recipe page is some suggestions on how to find Whole30 compliant ham, which can be hard to find due to the no sugar added rule of Whole30.
Paleo Pesto Sheet Pan Dinner
You can't go wrong with pesto. It's so garlicky, which is all you really need to have me hooked! So now you have a sheet pan meal with all those garlicky pesto flavors? Sold!!! It's also a fantastic meal if you're carb loading to bulk up after a workout. You'll need carbs and protein, and this is a really tasty version of just that! Check out this Paleo Pesto Sheet Pan Dinner!
If you need a nut free pesto, use this nut free pesto to stay compatible with your Whole30!
Sheet Pan Beef and Broccoli
The most easy and healthy beef and broccoli recipe ever! You don't need to watch it on the stove or keep track of multiple things cooking. It's also easy to dress it up with a compatible sriracha sauce or a extra coconut aminos, or a chili garlic sauce.
You can also switch up the veggies and use cauliflower in place of the broccoli.
Sausage Sheet Pan Supper
This sausage sheet pan dinner is my favorite on the list! It's so satisfying and tasty. The roasted sweet potatoes and Italian sausage blend together perfectly, and extra olive oil drizzled on with some salt make it yuuuuuuum. Another good post workout meal, you've got carbs and protein all in one!
I love Italian chicken sausage, but you can also use pork sausage that's hot or sweet. Be sure to find a Whole30 compatible sausage for this. If you live in the tri-state area like myself, check out the Shoprite brand of Italian sausages. Always check the ingredient list to be positive, but I can always find them sugar free and compatible at my local Shoprite!
And there you have it! Five easy Whole30 sheet pan meals! Dinner will be served in no time, and you'll be able to get to what truly matters rather than be stuck in the kitchen cleaning up afterward! 😉
