- Onions
- Pickles
- Potatoes
Substitutions/Variations

- Make Chicken Feta Spinach Burgers.
- Try unique cheese.

How to Make
Start by making the french fries. If you're using a frozen bag, cook according to the package. If you're making your own, slice the potatoes into french fry shapes.
Heat the cooking fat in a cast iron skillet over medium heat. When heated, add the potatoes, and fry for about 4-5 minutes per side or until golden brown on the outside. Set aside.
Split the ground beef into 4 patties. Fry them for approximately 6 minutes per side in the same skillet, or until an internal temperature reaches 165F degrees.
Prep all your veggies and get them ready to go! Chop the pickles, onions, tomatoes, and any other toppings you may be using.
Now start building your bowl! Start with the lettuce and greens, then the fries, burgers, and toppings. Finish off with the sauce of your choosing!
Burger Salads
Would you like to consume less carbs? To make this more of a traditional salad, you can leave out the potatoes and go heavier on the greens.
