- 2 lb. Raw shrimp
- 1 20 oz. Canned pineapple chunks in juice, not syrup
- 3 tbsp. Jerk seasoning
- 2-4 cups Cooked rice white, brown, jasmine, or cauliflower rice
- 1 bag Coleslaw
