Have you tried Ricante sauces yet? Their hot sauces are flying off the shelves at Whole Foods! Go get a bottle of the "goes on everything" pineapple sauce and make this Ham Sheet Pan Dinner!

    Ham Sheet Pan Meal Tips

To make this super duper easy, I used frozen green beans! When I need an easy to prep meal, I always turn to a sheet pan meal! I just love that I can throw everything on the pan, toss it in the oven, and not worry about it for at least 30 minutes!

Chop the potatoes and ham into bite sized pieces. I used rainbow fingerling potatoes so you can see in the picture the potatoes are a mix of white and purple.

    Ricanate Sauces

Ricante is a new brand of sauces that are based in Costa Rica. They use sustainable bottling and clean ingredients. They're now Whole30 approved as well! They currently carry 4 hot sauces and 4 everything sauces.

Don't have a Whole Foods nearby? You can buy Ricante Sauce directly from their website! Grab the pineapple sauce here.

    Allergen and Lifestyle Friendly

I love that this Ham Sheet Pan Dinner is super allergen and lifestyle friendly! Whole30? Check! Paleo? Check! Gluten Free? Check! Soy Free? Check! Note that it is NOT Keto friendly due to the potatoes.

The Ricante sauce is also all of the above: Whole30 approved, Paleo friendly, gluten free, and soy free! It's also free of any added sugar!

    Whole30 Compliant Ham

You may be wondering where in the world can I find ham that is Whole30 compliant? Almost all if not all the ham you see in the grocery has added sugar!

Pederson's Farm to the rescue! They have the Whole30 approved stamp right on their packaging! They also humanely raise their pigs, so you know you're spending your money in the right place. They have a "where to buy" locator on their site, so check it out and find compliant ham in your area!

Another great option that I did myself is to purchase a pig share. Yes it's more money up front, but it's absolutely cheaper in the long run. Plus, you're getting it from a sustainable source if you go via local farmer, which most cow or pig shares are from anyway. Many farmers or cattle owners in my experience have been happy to talk about how they raise the animals, what they feed them, and how they cure or package the meat. So ask your questions and find out if a pig share is a good option for you!
