Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Place parchment paper on a cookie tray and set aside.
In a large bowl, mix together the dry ingredients.
In a separate, small bowl, mash the blueberries so most of the liquid is released.
Add all the remaining ingredients to the large bowl and mix together.
Place heaping tablespoon sized balls onto the cookie tray.
Bake for approximately 15 minutes, or until a light golden brown color forms on the bottom.
