Kielbasa Bake

  • 1 package Kielbasa
  • 1 large Onion chopped into wedges
  • 2 Bell Peppers sliced lengthwise
  • 4-6 White Potatoes chopped into small chunks
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper


  • Pre-heat oven to 400F degrees.
  • Prepare all the veggies. Make sure the potatoes aren't large chunks or else they will not cook evenly. Alternatively, you can slice them as you would scalloped potatoes.
  • Lay all veggies on the sheet pan, and drizzle olive oil on top to coat. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix evenly.
  • Slice the kielbasa into 4-6 pieces, and slice again lengthwise. Lay on top of the veggies.
  • Place in the oven and bake for 35-40 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.
