Loaded Smashed Potatoes


  • fingerling potatoes
  • butter
  • sour cream or french onion dip
  • shredded cheese
  • bacon crumbled
  • chives


  • Preheat oven to 450.
  • Bring a large pot of water to a boil and add the potatoes. Boil until just fork tender.
  • Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet, and bake for 50 minutes.
  • When finished, gently smash the potatoes with a potato masher, keeping them in 1 piece.
  • Top with butter, sour cream, bacon crumbles, cheese, and green onions. Enjoy!
