- Gluten free baguette-style bread
- Pesto
- Sliced Mozzarella Log
- Tomatoes sliced large tomatoes or chopped cherry tomatoes
- Fresh basil leaves
- Salt and pepper
- Balsamic glaze for drizzling
Slice the baguette into thin pieces and brush lightly with olive oil. Toast until crisp and lightly golden.
Spread with pesto.
Add a slice of mozzarella to each toast.
Slice the tomatoes and place them on top.
Add a singular basil leaf on top.
Drizzle with balsamic glaze.
Sprinkle with salt and black pepper.
Warm back in the oven for just a few minutes, or serve immediately.
