Ingredients
  

  • Gluten free baguette-style bread
  • Pesto
  • Sliced Mozzarella Log
  • Tomatoes sliced large tomatoes or chopped cherry tomatoes
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • Salt and pepper
  • Balsamic glaze for drizzling

Instructions
 

  • Slice the baguette into thin pieces and brush lightly with olive oil. Toast until crisp and lightly golden.
  • Spread with pesto.
  • Add a slice of mozzarella to each toast.
  • Slice the tomatoes and place them on top.
  • Add a singular basil leaf on top.
  • Drizzle with balsamic glaze.
  • Sprinkle with salt and black pepper.
  • Warm back in the oven for just a few minutes, or serve immediately.
