Bang Bang Chicken Bowls are a flavorful fusion of crispy chicken tossed in a creamy, spicy-sweet bang bang sauce, served over a bed of rice with fresh veggies. This vibrant dish combines bold Asian-inspired flavors with a satisfying crunch and creamy heat in every bite.

- Rice
- Oil about ¼-1/2 inch in the pan
- 1-2 lbs. Chicken 1-2 lbs.
- ⅓ cup Cassava Flour
- Salad Greens
- 1 Onion sliced
- 1-2 Peppers sliced
- Shredded Carrots
Make the rice according to package directions and set aside. Make enough for 4 bowls.
Heat the oil in the pan over medium heat. Cut the chicken into strips. Place the egg in one bowl and the flour in another.
Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat. Working in batches, take the chicken strips and dredge them in the egg then in the flour. Fry them in the hot oil for about 2-3 minutes per side, depending on how big the strips are. When they're fully cooked, set them aside on a paper towel lined plate.
Make the sauce by mixing the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha. Set aside.
When they've cooled a bit, coat them with half of the sauce.
Now it's time to make the bowls! Start with rice as your base, then add the greens, chicken, and toppings of choice. Drizzle with more sauce!
