Ingredients
  

  • 10 blueberries
  • ¼ teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoon agave
  • teaspoon ground dried rosemary optional
  • 1.5-2 cups sparkling mineral water topo chico is best
  • rosemary or thyme twigs optional, for a garnish

Instructions
 

  • Place blueberries in a cup and muddle. If you don't have a muddler, use the back of a wooden spoon or the like.
  • Add the lemon juice, agave, and rosemary. Add ice if using.
  • Pour mineral water in the glass, and mix gently until agave is dissolved.
  • Garnish with a lemon slice or sprig of rosemary!
