This creamy Italian dressing is a delicious way to sneak in extra protein, thanks to a secret boost from blended cottage cheese or Greek yogurt. It's rich, tangy, and perfect for drizzling over salads or using as a dip.

1 Immersion Blender
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup ricotta or cottage cheese
- 2 tbsp. white wine vinegar
- 1.5 tsp. coconut sugar
- ½ tsp. black pepper
- ¼ tsp. salt
- ½ tsp. garic powder
- 1 tbsp. Italian seasoning
- ¼ cup red onion or half a small onion
- ¼ cup parsley
Place all of the ingredients into a mason jar and blend with an immersion blender.
Alternatively, blend everything together in a regular blender, occasionally stopping to scrape the sides down as needed. Note that you may need to add some light olive oil or avocado oil if needed.
