Notes
Blender style: Instead of using an immersion blender, you can place everything in a regular blender to blend it, you'll just have to occasionally scrape the sides down to make sure everything mixes in. Keep some avocado oil, ricotta, or mayonnaise on hand if you need more liquid to blend everything.
