Ingredients

Cauli-rice

cream of chicken soup

light sour cream

mayonnaise

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350.
Mix together all ingredients except breadcrumbs. Place in a casserole dish.
Bake for 50-60 minutes, until golden brown and bubbly. In the last 10 minutes, add the breadcrumbs on top.
Let the casserole sit for a few minutes to firm up, then serve!
Notes
Chicken
: It's ok to use a little more or a little less chicken! Especially if you're using leftover chicken, just use an amount close enough.
Thanksgiving
: This is a great way to use up leftover thanksgiving turkey in place of the chicken!
