Healthy Burger Bowls

These healthy burger bowls are the best way to eat a burger! There's only clean ingredients here plus endless ways to make it to your liking!

- 1 lb. ground beef
- ΒΌ cup cooking fat butter, oil, tallow, or ghee
- 2 lbs potatoes or 1 bag of french fries
- 1 salad kit or mixed greens
- 8 spear pickles
- 1 onion sliced
- 2 tomatoes sliced
Cook the fries according to package directions if using a bag, or if making them yourself, start by peeling and chopping them into french fry shapes.
Heat the oil over medium heat then add the fries and cook approximately 4 minutes per side, or until golden brown on each side. Set aside.
Form the ground beef into patties. Cook them in the same pan as the fries for approximately 6 minutes each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
Now it's time to make the bowls! Layer the greens on the bottom, then the fries, toppings, burger, and the sauce last. Enjoy!
