- 1-½ cup sour cream
- 8 oz cream cheese
- ½ tsp. salt
- 1 lb. crab meat
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 Tbsp. coconut aminos
- 3-4 stalks green onions thinly sliced
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese split
Pre-heat the oven to 400F.
Using a hand mixer, mix together the sour cream, cream cheese, garlic, coconut aminos, and salt.
Gently mix in the crab meat, green onions, and half of the cheese.
Place the mixture into an oven safe dish. Spread the rest of the cheese on top, and bake for 20 minutes or until the mixture is hot and bubbly and the cheese is melted and has just started to brown.
Once it's finished, take it out of the oven and let it sit for about 5 minutes to cool and set. Enjoy!
