  • set of Measuring spoons

Ingredients
  

  • 12 hard boiled eggs
  • 1 cup mayonnaise see above for a paleo option
  • 1 tsp. mustard
  • 1 celery stalk
  • 1 medium red onion
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • ΒΌ cup parsley chopped
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients in a medium sized mixing bowl and stir to combine.
