Ingredients

potatoes
scrubbed, peeled, and chopped

cup
almond milk
plus 2 Tablespoons
¼
cup
ghee
¾
teaspoon
salt
¼
teaspoon
garlic powder
¼
teaspoon
onion powder
Instructions
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add the potatoes and boil until fork tender, roughly 10 minutes.
Drain the potatoes. Add the milk, ghee, and spices and mash the potatoes thoroughly. Enjoy!
