6 corn tortillasor similar sized gluten free tortillas
1lb.ground chicken

Instructions
Mix the ground chicken with taco seasoning and divide it into 6 portions.
Take one portion of chicken and spread it all over one side of the tortilla, just about completely covering it.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat, about ¼-1/2 inch to fill the pan. Fry the chicken tortillas starting with the ground chicken down, about 3 minutes per side. When finished, set them aside on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and paper towel. You may need to add more oil as you go.
Load up your favorite toppings! When finished, fold them in half, the tortilla may crack but it will still hold everything together!
