With the exception of the pork, add all of the meatball ingredients to a large mixing bowl and whisk them together.
Once it's mixed, add in the pork and thoroughly mix together, being careful not to overmix as this will result in tough meatballs. Roll them into golf ball sized meatballs, and set aside.
For the sauce, melt the butter in a large saucepan or Dutch oven over medium heat. When it's melted, whisk in the flour.
As soon as the flour and butter are mixed, very slowly whisk in the broth, followed by the heavy cream, allowing the sauce to return to a low boil after each addition.
When the broth and cream are fully mixed in, add in the spices, mustard, and coconut aminos.
Gently spoon in the meatballs, covering them into the sauce. Allow the meatballs to remain at a low boil for about 12-15 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165F.
