12-16.oz.Pre-cooked Sausagesliced into bite sized pieces

1tsp.Salt
1tsp.Pepper
1tsp.Thyme
1cupHeavy Cream
¼cupAll Purpose Gluten Free Flour
1cupCheddar cheese
Instructions
In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat and sauté the onion and garlic until softened.
In the same pot, add the sausage and brown it.
Add the broth and seasonings, then stir in the cauliflower gnocchi (no need to thaw).
Bring it to a light boil until the gnocchi are tender and cooked through, stirring every 2 minutes as it heats so the gnocchi doesn't stick together. It'll take a bit to boil, once it boils you only need a few minutes. Once the gnocchi is softened you can go to the next step.
In a separate dish, mix the heavy cream and flour. Lower the heat to one notch below medium and while stirring the soup, pour in the mixture, allowing the soup to thicken.
Add the cheese and mix in, and adjust seasoning to taste.
