Paleo Delicata Squash Fries

Ingredients

delicata squash
medium sized

teaspoon
salt

teaspoon
pepper
¼
teaspoon
chili powder

teaspoon
onion powder

teaspoon
garlic powder
oil for drizzling

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400F degrees.
Mix seasonings together and set aside.
Wash the squash, and if peeling, do so now. Cut lengthwise in half, remove the seeds, then cut into fry sized strips.
On a baking sheet, lightly coat with oil and sprinkle on seasoning. Mix thoroughly, and spread around the baking sheet in a single layer.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until softened.
