Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400F degrees.
Chop the potatoes and onion and place on the sheet pan.
Mix together with the pesto thoroughly, and spread the veggies apart as much as possible.
Place the Italian sausage on the sheet pan.
Bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes, or until the sausages reach 165F internally.
