- 1 Immersion Blender
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Greek Yogurt
- ½ Cup Cucumber
- ½ Lemon juiced
- 3 Small-med. Garlic Cloves
- ¼ Cup Mint packed
- ¼ Cup Dill packed
- ½ Tsp. Salt
Instructions
- Place all of the ingredients into a jar and blend with an immersion blender.
- Alternatively, place the ingredients into a regular blender, stopping it to scrape down the sides as needed.
