Swaps and Variations
- Note that for more authenticity, add a drizzle of olive oil in at the end. I personally typically skip this, to avoid extra fat, but the option is there.
- Up to you if you'd like to use a low or full fat yogurt! Lately I've been preferring low fat as it also has a high protein content.
How to Make Homemade Tzatziki Sauce
Place all of the ingredients into a jar and blend with an immersion blender.
Alternatively, place the ingredients into a regular blender, stopping it to scrape down the sides as needed.
