There are 5 easy Whole30 Dips you need to rock your Whole30! I promise you, they will keep things from getting boring!

If you're unsure about the program, check out this post on what is Whole30!

If you stick around the Whole30 community for long, you'll hear people say, "Sauces are LIFE on the Whole30!" And they're right! When you don't know what to cook or how to flavor your meals, sauces can bring any meal to life.

Borings salads? No longer! Ground meat with veggies? No lack of flavor anymore!

I do recommend you use an immersion blender to make most of these dressings. Especially if you are making your own mayo as the base, an immersion blender is a must!

The base for a lot of these dips is Whole30 mayo, so whip some up with this recipe!

Uses for 5 easy Whole30 Dips

So many ways to use these dips. Obviously salads! It can take some getting used to to find dressings for salads on the Whole30. Going to the average grocery store, even many health food grocery stores, the first ingredient in almost all dressings is soybean oil! Not good for Whole30ers. There are now many pre-made dressings that are Whole30 approved, but making them yourself is WAY more budget friendly!

Use these as dips for veggies! On the whole30, we like to use the concept of a mini meal instead of a snack. A meal usually has fat, protein, veggie/fruit, and carbs. With a mini meal, you want to aim to have more than just one of these meal components. If you have one of these dips, which are fat based, with veggies, you're now getting two components in rather than just one!

Even better, use these dips for gluten free chicken tenders or chuletas! This is my favorite way to use these dips! You can have fun with your food on Whole30, and everyone knows dipping your food makes it more fun!

Side note- shallow fried or pan fried foods are allowed on whole30, it's deep fried food that aren't. However, if you personally find that these foods are foods without breaks for you, then perhaps you personally should consider them swypo and keep them out of your Whole30. But if not, go ahead and make these on your round, you won't regret it!

    5 Easy Whole30 Dips

Without further ado....here are the dips!

    Whole30 Honey Mustard

I know, you're probably thinking, how is anything with the word "honey" acceptable on the Whole30 program? Not to fear, this Sugar Free Honey Mustard is sweetened in a compatible way! Click what it is to find out! It's got a great balance of sweet and tangy.

My favorite way to use this dip is with gluten free chicken tenders. It is so delicious so you may want to make a double batch!

    Cilantro Lime Dressing

Cilantro...lime....garlic...need I say more? Cilantro Lime Dressing is probably my all time favorite dip! It's absolutely delicious and is versatile.

This one is great with the above mentioned chicken tenders too, and with chuletas. Chuletas are crispy, pan fried pork strips. Soooo much yum!!!

This dressing also goes really well with Mexican foods such as fajitas and tacos, even on Mexican cauli-rice. If you want a really delicious Whole30 taco without all the soy and MSG from the spice packets, use this Whole30 taco seasoning!

    Whole30 Ranch

Since ranch dressing is such a staple in many American households, you definitely need a Whole30 version to get you through! This dairy free ranch dressing is completely compatible with the program and is just as versatile as the original!

Used to having your ranch on pizza? Top this Meatzaa (the only Whole30 pizza acceptable!) with the Dairy Free Ranch Dressing! Used to dipping your chicken nuggets with ranch? Dip these gluten free chicken tenders in them! Like mixing ranch with your mashed potatoes? Then be sure to make these Whole30 mashed potatoes and enjoy with the ranch!

It's so awesome that the Whole30 still lets you incorporate many foods that you enjoyed before, except now you will feel great while eating them! Most if not all of the above mentioned foods are filled with soy, MSG, gluten, dairy, additives, unnecessary sugars and sweeteners, and more. Enjoy them in a more good for you way!

    Mango Dressing

This Mango dressing is unique, it's not one of your popular dressings above. It's delicious and summer, and goes with allll the summer things!

Try it with tacos (use this Whole30 taco seasoning), especially fish tacos. It's also good in place of mayo in a chicken salad! Serve it on a lettuce wrap for a light and refreshing summer meal!

    Fire Roasted Salsa Verde

Salsa recipes are easily made Whole30, if not already! But, having something a little different like fire roasted salsa verde can change up your Whole30. Plus, there are some really good recipes to use this salsa verde with!

You can use it to make this egg free breakfast, Pork Verde Skillet! Or, stir it into scrambled eggs for a lot of flavor! I like to saute potatoes with it as well, and you can even slather it on veggies before roasting them!

I am not Whole 30, but I hate how so many dips you get from the store have such weird ingredients. I like making my own so I know they have real food ingredients in them. Thanks for the recipes!

Ugh yes! I hear you! It's so difficult to find something clean, and you'd think salad dressings would be on the healthy end but they're not. I hope you enjoy these!

These dips look so tasty! I was looking for some easy, healthy dips to complement some of meals, so I'm definitely going to try some of these. I've never thought of trying honey mustard without honey, but I love dates so that's going to be the first one I attempt!
