    Why You'll Love these Bowls!

    • Each bowl can be customized for every person!
    • They are a well balanced meal with protein, carbs, and veggies.
    • The flavor and sauce is outrageous!

    Ingredients Needed

Ingredients Needed for Bang Bang Chicken
    • Oil
    • Chicken
    • Cassava Flour
    • Rice
    • Salad Greens
    • Onions
    • Peppers
    • Shredded Carrots

    Additional Optional Toppings

    • Beets
    • Pumpkin Seeds
    • Marinated Veggies
    • Alfalfa or Broccoli Sprouts

    How to Make

Make the rice according to package directions and set aside. Make enough for 4 bowls.

Heat the oil in the pan over medium heat. Cut the chicken into strips. Place the egg in one bowl and the flour in another.

Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat. Working in batches, take the chicken strips and dredge them in the egg then in the flour. Fry them in the hot oil for about 2-3 minutes per side, depending on how big the strips are. When they're fully cooked, set them aside on a paper towel lined plate.

    Cook the chicken

Make the sauce by mixing the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha. Set aside.

    Make the sauce

When they've cooled a bit, coat them with half of the sauce.

    Coat the chicken

Now it's time to make the bowls! Start with rice as your base, then add the greens, chicken, and toppings of choice. Drizzle with more sauce!

    Storage and Reheating

This recipe is best served fresh as fried food doesn't reheat well. But if you do have leftovers, wrap or seal them in an airtight container for up to 3 days.

To reheat them, use the stove, microwave, or air fryer. Follow air fryer instructions to reheat. I don't really recommend the microwave as

For the microwave use a microwave safe plate and and heat till it reaches your desired temperature.

My preferred method is the oven! Use an oven safe plate and heat it on 350F until the desired temperature is reached.
