- 1 lb. Ground Turkey
- 1 batch Whole30 Taco Seasoning see above
- Mixed Greens
- 1 medium Red Onion
- 1 can Black Olives
- Salsa
- Cucumbers
Sauté the ground turkey in a large skillet over medium heat. When it's almost finished cooking, add in the Whole30 seasoning and finish cooking, for a total of a bout 8-12 minutes. Set aside.
Prep and gather all the ingredients.
Assemble the bowls! Start with rice, then the greens, then any and all toppings you desire.
