How to Make Strawberry Goat Cheese Salad
In a large salad bowl or serving dish, start by filling it with the salad greens first.
Next, layer on the strawberries, goat cheese, pumpkin seeds, and green onions, in any order.
Prepare the dressing on the side by mixing all the ingredients together.
If you're serving the salad immediately, drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss. If you're serving it later, keep the dressing separate until you're ready to serve. Enjoy!
Storage
Store the salad without the dressing on it if it's not too late! The salad can typically be stored up until the sell by date on the greens (if you got it pre-packaged).
If you used non-packaged greens, check the salad before eating but it usually will last 3-5 days in the fridge!
Seal the salad in an airtight container and refrigerate.
To store the dressing, place it in an airtight container and leave it in a cool dark place for up to 5 days.
Top Tip
Use a frother! My favorite way to make the dressing is to use a coffee frother. It blends everything perfectly and you don't have to worry about it splattering in the same way an immersion blender would.
