    Salmon Pasta Bake

For another feta based dish, try this Creamy Baked Feta Chicken! This delicious dish is a rich and nourishing dish that blends tender chicken with wholesome ingredients for an easy, feel-good dinner.

    Why You'll Love this Recipe

    • The feta cheese makes this entire dish taste delicious! If you like feta, you'll LOVE this recipe!
    • Salmon is so good for you, so including it in this dish is a win!
    • It's a delicious way to eat those greens and veggies!
    • It's incredibly easy to make-bake it, stir it, add the pasta.

    Ingredients Needed

    • Olive Oil
    • Salmon Fillets
    • Block of Feta Cheese
    • Grape Tomatoes
    • Capers
    • Kalamata Olives
    • Salt
    • Pepper
    • Garlic Powder
    • Onion Powder
    • Spinach
    • Gluten Free Pasta

    Substitutions and Variations

    • You can swap out the salmon for your preferred fish! Just make sure the fish is fully cooked and flakes apart.
    • Chop up larger tomatoes in place of the grape tomatoes.
    • Use arugula or your favorite greens instead of spinach.
    • Try goat cheese in place of the feta cheese.

    How to Make

    Pre-heat the oven to 350F.

Place the oil in a large Dutch oven or oven safe dish. Then add the salmon to the pan, followed by everything except the pasta.

Cover it with a lid and let it bake for 25-30 minutes, depending on the thickness of the salmon. You want the salmon to reach an internal temperature of 135F and to flake easily.

While the salmon and veggies bake, boil the pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

When the salmon is finished, remove it from the oven and stir it all together, blending in the feta cheese and breaking up the salmon.

Add the pasta to the pan and mix thoroughly. Enjoy!

    Top Tip

If possible, use uniform pieces of salmon. This will ensure a more even cooking time!
