- Salmon Fillets
- Block of Feta Cheese
- Grape Tomatoes
- Capers
- Kalamata Olives

How to Make
Pre-heat the oven to 350F.
Place the oil in a large Dutch oven or oven safe dish. Then add the salmon to the pan, followed by everything except the pasta.
Cover it with a lid and let it bake for 25-30 minutes, depending on the thickness of the salmon. You want the salmon to reach an internal temperature of 135F and to flake easily.
While the salmon and veggies bake, boil the pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
When the salmon is finished, remove it from the oven and stir it all together, blending in the feta cheese and breaking up the salmon.
Add the pasta to the pan and mix thoroughly. Enjoy!

- 12 oz. Gluten Free Pasta
