How To Make Mexican Taco Pasta
Start by heating the oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook. If your beef has a high fat content, the oil may be unnecessary!
When the beef is halfway done, add in the onion, garlic, half of the seasonings, and cook for another 2 minutes.
Add in the broth, tomato sauce, tomato paste, and the remaining spices. Mix thoroughly.
Add the pasta and mix. Bring to a boil, then lower the heat to just below medium to a simmer and put the lid on. Cook for 10-12 minutes stirring occasionally or until the pasta is finished.
Shut the heat and add the cheese.
Stir to mix in the cheese then stir!
