Another sheet pan meal! It’s no secret they are some of my favorite meals, due to them being so easy on prep and clean-up.
This sheet pan beef and broccoli is Paleo and Whole30! Just make sure the fish sauce has no added sugar in it. Red Boat fish sauce is a great brand, but if you don’t have any it can be omitted.
Enjoy this simple take on classic beef and broccoli!

Sheet Pan Beef and Broccoli
Ingredients
- 1.25 lb Beef
- 4 cloves garlic diced
- 1 Tbsp. coconut aminos
- 1/2 Tbsp. sesame oil
- 1/8 tsp. fish sauce
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1/2 lb. broccoli
- sesame oil for drizzling
- 1 Tbsp. coconut aminos
- 4 cloves garlic chopped
- salt
Instructions
- Thinly slice the meat into 1/4 inch slices.
- Combine the garlic, coconut aminos, sesame oil, fish oil, and salt in a medium sized bowl. Add the meat and let it marinate while you prepare and cook the broccoli.
- Pre-heat the oven to 400 degrees Farenheit.
- Chop the broccoli into florets and discard the stems. Chop the garlic.
- Spread the broccoli and garlic on a large sheet pan. Drizzle with the sesame oil and coconut aminos. Sprinkle with salt to taste.
- Roast for 20-30 minutes depending on the floret sizes until mostly tender.
- Remove tray from the oven and pre-heat the broiler.
- Push the broccoli to one side of the pan, and lay out the beef on the pan in a single layer.
- Put tray into the heated oven, and broil for 5 minutes. The meat should be medium-rare and the broccoli should be lightly browned. Note-if you like your meat cooked more, leave in to broil longer but take out the broccoli if needed.
- Serve and enjoy!
